We opened because Miami deserved better bread.
The Loose Leaf started with a simple belief: that the bread on your table should make you stop and taste it. Not rush through it. Actually taste it.
We spend weeks perfecting our sourdough starter. We work with local farmers for our dairy and produce. We turn down suppliers who won't tell us where their ingredients come from. It takes longer. It costs more. But the difference is on your plate.
